1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for tuition, school fees, and related services:

No Cash Payments (at the school office)!
Note: Payments made online will be processed through our secure payment gateway provider in compliance with DPO Pay and Network KYC requirements.
2. Payment Terms

Full Payment is required by the due date specified on your invoice or admission notice.

Part Payments / Installments may be arranged with prior approval from the school administration.

Late Payments may attract a late fee as indicated in our school fee schedule.
3. Security of Transactions
We use SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment processors to ensure your personal and financial information remains secure. Smak Bright School does not store credit/debit card details.
4. Refund Policy

Tuition Fees: Non-refundable once classes have commenced.

Other Services: Refunds for uniforms, books, or meals are considered only before the items are collected or services rendered.

Technical Errors: In case of accidental duplicate payments or failed transactions, refunds will be processed within 7 working days after verification.
5. Confirmation of Payment
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:

An Email Receipt with transaction details.

A Printed Receipt (for in-person payments).
